Delivery with installation service
- Purchase product over 3,000 baht, free installation!
- Purchase product less than 3,000 baht, service fee 300 baht per time.
Click & Collect
Customer come and collect products 24 hours after the purchase at 15 participating branches.

Note: The company shall deliver products every Monday - Saturday. Close on Sunday and public holidays. Customers can purchase 24/7. Purchase orders on Sundays and public holidays, shall be delivered on the next working day.
Products Warranty
*All warranties do not cover fees for service and spare part*
- Drinking water filter; 3 year warranty on product, 1 year warranty on electrical equipment.
- Drinking water dispenser; 1 year warranty on product and electrical equipment, 5 years warranty on compressor.
- Household water filters; 3 years warranty on filter tank, 1 year warranty on valve head, 1 year warranty on electrical equipment.
- Filter; 1 month warranty (except ceramic filter)
- UV lamp; 1 month warrant on breakage (can be inspected before the purchase or installation)
- Manual faucet set, water hose; 1 year warranty.
- The product warranty is valid from the date that installation service provided by the company or from the date on warranty card in case that the company is not an installer.
Warranty Terms
- The company shall repair the product free of charge in case that the product malfunctions due to mistakes of the company or damages of spare parts in normal condition of use.
- The warranty does not include travel or vehicle expense after the 30 days of installation.
- Warranty is valid only for products used in the Thailand.
- Products should not be installed inside or outside of the building exposing to sunlight, humidity or high temperature causing damage, dysfunction, color fades, breakage, or deteriorates faster than usual.

Warranty card cannot be used in the following cases.
5.1 The model and number specified on the warranty card does not match the product to be repaired.
5.2 A warranty card is damaged, torn or has marks of amending, altering, adding or shortening significant part of text.

Out of warranty equipment is equipment that has worn out or expired in accordance with the standards indicated.
6.1 Internal components such as filters, filter elements and etc.
6.2 A warranty card must be shown to the company every time receiving the service, otherwise the company reserves the right to charge the cost of repair.

General Warranty Terms
7.1 Staff shall reserve the right to refuse installation in unreachable areas, a place that has smoke or chemical vapor, prohibited areas, hazardous areas, area with problems of connections and external insulating materials that are not caused by the product.
7.2 The company reserves the right to charge a service fee to issues found later, even issues are not detected from the preliminary issue notifying.
7.3 This product warranty terms are valid only to products sold by the company or distributors of the company.
Out of Warranty Terms
- Abnormal use, trial, demonstration, customer self-repair, manual installation, wrong electrical pressure and water pressure use, including improper adjustment and modification or a mistake, negligence resulting from misunderstandings from the procedures or processes of use which is indicated in the product manual.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural phenomena such as flood, lightning, fire, chemical, gas, abnormal electric current, rodent, ants or other insects and other natural disasters.
- The warranty does not cover damages resulting from any business or commercial use or the use of water in excessive amount of the water content specified for different filters.
- General deterioration from product lifetime, tearing, rusting or fouling.
- Scratch and damage to the surface and external components caused by customer use.
- Claims for damages or missing components after 14 days of purchase and / or the goods have been received under customer’s possession.
