Water Purifier Installation Service and Filter Changing Service
Baankrongnam's customers can make an appointment to get a water purifier installation service or a free filter replacement service*. Contact the installation date via online channels or search for Baankrongnam branch near you to make an appointment with an expert team for installation. *Installation service conditions Or changing the filter for free depends on the product model and purchase terms.
Installation Appointment
After completing the payment, you can choose an appointment to install the water filter immediately. Baankrongnam will install a water purifier at your home within 3 working days (From the date of payment and appointment date).

Condition of Service for Each Product Type
Drinking water filter / Household water filter
1.1 Free installation and delivery when purchasing water filters over 3,000 baht per bill (travel cost 300 baht to be charged when purchasing less than 3,000 baht)
1.2 Free filters / filter elements replacement service when purchasing water filter / filter element at 1,500 baht (travel cost 300 baht to be applied when purchasing less than 1,500 baht)
1.3 For other water filter brands, free filters / filter elements replacement service, when purchasing filters / filter elements at 2,000 baht per bill (travel cost 300 baht to be charged when purchasing less than 2,000 baht)
1.4 Free travel cost for service within of 20 kilometers from the nearest service center.
1.5 More than 20 kilometers from the service center, a round-trip delivery 15 baht per kilometer to be charged.
Water heater
2.1 Installation fee from the standard water-power connection point 500 baht per heater.
2.2 Installation fee with electrical system set up 1,200 baht per heater (including 10 meters of electric wire and ground wire.)
Water pump and water tank
3.1 Installation fee with electric wiring 1,900 baht per set included;
- 5 meters power cord with 15 Amps breaker
- 4 meters of 1 inch size PVC water pipe
3.2 When purchasing water pump and water tank with water filter, free installation service to be provided.
Area Preparation for Installation
Drinking water filter
- Space for placing water filters needs to be smooth, strong, able to support the water filter weight. Under shades not exposed to sunlight, heat, rain, water spray or wet areas.
- Drinking water filter needs a power outlet that meets TIS standards and the use of extension plugs is strictly prohibited.
- Electrical connection point (socket to plug in an adapter) shall be within 1.20 meter away from the water filter. (if there is no socket or the socket is more than 1.20 meters away from the installation point, need an additional wiring set, product code 999-579 at 600 baht)
- Water connection point within 1.50 meters from the installation point (If water connection point is more than 1.50 meters away from the installation point, need an additional water lines, product code 999-233, 5 meters’ water line set at 100 baht)

Water pressure before entering the water filter should not be less than 2 bar and not more than 3 bar.
(if water pressure below 2 bar, it is recommended to install a water pump to increase water pressure)
(if water pressure is more than 3 bar, it is recommended to install a pressure reducing valve, product code 993-841 at 390 baht)
(if water pressure is more than 5 bar, it is recommended to install a pressure reducing valve, product code 995-590 at 600 baht)
Household Water Filter
- Space for placing water filters needs to be smooth, strong, able to support the water filter weight. Under shades not exposed to sunlight, heat, rain, water spray or wet areas.
- Household water filter needs a power outlet that meets TIS standards and the use of extension plugs is strictly prohibited.
- Electrical connection point (socket to plug in an adapter), shall be within 1.20 meter away from the water filter. (if there is no socket or the socket is more than 1.20 meters away from the installation point, need an additional wiring set, product code 999-579 at 600 baht)
- Water connection point shall be within 1.50 meters from the installation point. Free water pipes set up for not more than 4 meters’ pipes (PVC pipe thickness 13.5 mm., size 1 inch, 4 meters’ length), if the water pipe is longer than that, shall be charged 100 baht per meter. The water pipe set up is above the ground not buried under the ground.

Water pressure before entering the water filter should not be less than 2 bar and not more than 3 bar.
(if water pressure is below 2 bar, it is recommended to install a water pump to increase the water pressure)
(if water pressure is more than 3 bar, it is recommended to attach a pressure reducing valve, product code 999-401 at 600 baht)
Scope of Installation Quality Guarantee
- In case the customer requires to install the product differently from the standard installation pattern without notifying the service coordinator or the actual installment area require the use of spare parts set for assembling making it impossible to install or need to postpone the service queue, the company shall charge for travel expenses of the next service according to the company's standards.

In case the customer has received the installation service already and then require to move the product installation point, the company shall charge for the labor and travel expenses of the service (excluding additional materials and equipment) within the same area with service fees as follows;
2.1 Drinking water filters type at 1,000 baht / product (Bangkok & Perimeter only)
2.2 Drinking water dispenser, Household water filters type at 2,000 baht (Bangkok & Perimeter only)
2.3 If customer require to move the installation point to other provinces, the company reserves the right to charge the travel expenses according to the company's standards.
- The company shall not be responsible for any damage caused by hiring people who are not employees of the company or have an installation other than the standard specified by the company.
- Quality warranty is a warranty only for the company's products and the equipment in the box only. This does not include accessories installed to use with the product or accessories that the employees of the company brought to be installed more or modifications that is different from standard installation according to the manual, even though it is the installation by the employees of the company.
- The company shall only provide installation services according to the standard of each product model and shall reserves the right to deliver unused equipment and cannot be exchanged for cash or as a discount.
- Wiring, water lines and water pipes set up are above the ground, and shall be set up according to the pattern and the standards of the company only.
- The company does not provide drilling services for all types of glass, mirror, roof and stone blocks. If the customer requires installation on aforementioned materials and damage occurs, the customer shall be responsible for such damage.
- The company reserves the right to be responsible for any damage from drilling in the installation area.
- The company does not provide installation services and any service to non-company's products including products which are not purchased from the company's sales representatives.
